FAVORITE CONNECT CORE VALUE: THE DASH
The poem “The Dash” by Linda Ellis resonates with me deeply, reminding me of my younger days when I watched “Dead Poets Society” again for the fifth time. I was captivated by the idea of “Carpe Diem”—seize the day—and the phrase “gather ye rosebuds while ye may.” Inspired by these messages, I made a conscious decision to fully embrace my life and be present in every moment.
ABOUT BARRY:
As an experienced sales leader and entrepreneur, Barry brings an extensive resume to Connect. Barry started his sales career in the restaurant supplies industry after graduating from college. By 2009, he started a 10-year span leading sales with RealPage, starting as sales manager for PropertyWare, a multifamily full-service suite of products for the small and medium sized management companies.
As a sales leader, Barry registered over $1.1M in additional revenue through the creation of an inside sales team, while mentoring numerous sales team members to success in the President’s Club. His success positioned him for his advancement to Vice President of the SMB Affordable team at RealPage where Barry fueled $1.6M in annual residual income, was awarded Sales Manager of the Year, and was consistently a leading sales leader among the entire RealPage organization. In 2018, he continued with RealPage selling their Utility Management solutions, surpassing sales quota @ 137% and receiving the President’s Club Award.
In 2020, Barry started his own sales consulting business, Quattlebaum Consulting, supporting PropTech companies with SaaS sales processes, coaching sales teams, leading in-depth sales training, and talent assessment & acquisition.
